Using online services
The easiest and safest way to contact us about your case is through the online services account you set up when you apply for a review.
You can use our online services to:
- apply for a review
- send us documents for your case
- keep track of your case and documents.
When you submit documents online, you can upload single documents up to 15MB, with a maximum of up to 50MB for all documents. We will send you an email and reference number confirming that we have received the documents.

You can send an email to reviews@art.gov.au if you want to contact us about your case or a case you are involved in.
If you choose to email us, please be patient. We may take longer than we usually do to reply to you, due to a high volume of enquiries.

You must not send an email directly to a Tribunal member or to one of our staff.
We use security technology to protect your information and our systems. This technology can lead to delays in receiving emails or emails being blocked. The easiest and safest way to apply for a review is using our online services.
