If you are unwell, you should contact us. The member may decide to proceed with the listing by phone or video, or adjourn the matter.

Otherwise, on the morning of your conference or hearing you should check what room you are in.

Plan to arrive with plenty of time to find your room.

We do not publish the details of all cases on our website. When you arrive, you may need to ask our registry staff to help you.

We will give you instructions about how to attend by phone or video when we write to you about your listed hearing or case event.

On the day, make sure you:

• choose a quiet place to join in
• have a good phone signal
• check that the audio and video on your computer is working.
