On Monday 16 December 2024, President Justice Emilios Kyrou gave notice of a systemic issue related to the making of reviewable decisions.

Pursuant to section 193(i) of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, the President issued the notice to the Minister for Social Services, the Secretary of the Department of Social Services, the Attorney-General, and the Administrative Review Council.
