The Tribunal will be closed for some days during the December and January holiday period, but you can still access our online services to lodge applications and submit documents. 

Our Canberra and Hobart registries will be closed between Wednesday 25 December 2024 and Wednesday 1 January 2025. 

Our other registries (in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney) will be closed on: 

• Wednesday 25 December 2024
• Thursday 26 December 2024
• Wednesday 1 January 2025 

You can still apply for a review using our online services or contact us in other ways during this period. 

Responding within a timeframe

If we, or the agency that made the original decision, have provided a date by which an application or documents must be submitted, you should consider using our online services so that you do not miss the deadline for submission.

If you plan to send an application or documents through the post, please be aware that there may be delays in postal delivery during the period.
