You can download the list of hearings and other case events that are open to the public today.
This is not a complete list of all the hearings and other case events scheduled for each day. Some hearings and other case events are held in private so they won't be on the list.
Hearings are open to the public unless we need to hold them in private for legal reasons. Cases about protection (refugee) visas, Centrelink payments, child support and some tax decisions are held in private. Sometimes a Tribunal member decides that all or part of their hearing will be heard in private.
Directions hearings might be in private or in public.
If you have been invited to attend a Tribunal hearing or other case event, you should refer to the letter we sent you about the hearing or other event for information about when and where your event is scheduled.
