You can download the list of cases we have scheduled for a hearing or other case event at the Tribunal on the next working day. We call these 'upcoming listings'.
Many of our listings are open to the public.
Some cases are heard in private so they won't be on the list. This includes cases about protection (refugee) visas, Centrelink payments, child support and some tax decisions.
Hearings are open to the public unless we need to hold them in private for legal reasons. Sometimes a Tribunal member decides that all or part of their hearing will be heard in private.
Directions hearings might be in private or in public.
Other than hearings, many of our case events are held in private.
