When you view our website, our hosting service providers record your visit and log the following information on our behalf:

- top level domain name (e.g. .com, .gov, .org, .au)
- the date and time of your visit

- any search terms entered to find information on the site.

Google Analytics
In addition to web server logs, our main website (www.art.gov.au) uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (‘Google’). We use Google Analytics to improve our website by analysing how it is used.
