We have engaged an independent research company called ORIMA Research to conduct an anonymous online survey on our behalf.
If you were involved in an Administrative Review Tribunal case that was finalised between 1 December 2024 and 31 March 2025, you may receive an email or SMS request to complete this survey about your experience with the Tribunal. Your responses will help us improve the way we deliver our services.
Participation is optional and any information you provide in the survey will remain confidential.
We value your feedback. If you receive an invitation and decide to participate, we encourage you to complete the survey before Sunday 25 May 2025.
