The Tribunal is authorised to publish the decisions it makes, apart from in certain situations determined by law.
The Publication of decisions policy sets out:
- which decisions the Tribunal publishes and how they are selected to be published
- when a decision, or part of a decision, may not be published
- when published decisions may be recalled or amended.
